** Modification to Solicitation Notice: The purpose of this amendment is to revise the Statement of Work (SOW) to reflect a realistic delivery date. During the initial solicitation, none of the interested offerors were able to meet the required delivery timeline. In order to promote fair competition and to ensure successful contract performance, the required delivery date has been extended to 15 November, 2025. Interested offerors are permitted to resubmit their proposals in response to the revised requirement. Accordingly, the solicitation closing date and time has been extended to 25 September, 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.
All offerors are advised to review the revised SOW and submit proposals based on the updated requirements. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. **

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation Nr 18301QR250000466 for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 336611. This is a total small business set aside; all responsible small business sources may submit proposals that will be considered. This synopsis/ solicitation is issued pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b), and the resultant purchase order will be awarded on a firm-fixed price basis using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 13.
