Invitation For Bid Flooring Replacement - Rock Road Branch Appendix A Amendment #1 - Date Issued: August 22, 2025 Amendment #2 - Date Issued: August 26, 2025 Date Issued: August 11, 2025 The Board of Trustees of the St. Louis County Library District (“Library District”) is accepting bids (“Bid” or “Bids”) pursuant to this Invitation for Bid from qualified businesses for the flooring replacement at the Rock Road Branch. Please visit the Rock Road Branch at 10267 St. Charles Rock Road, St. Ann, MO to take measurements and see field conditions. See the attached drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions marked Attachment “Appendix A” for engineered drawings, Specifications, and Demolition Plans. Bidders are responsible for examination of all drawings, specifications, schedules and instructions for the Project. All Bids are due no later than 1:00 P.M. C.T., on August 29, 2025. Bidders shall complete the Bid as required in this Invitation for Bid and deliver the completed Bid by email only to Kelli Reeves, Manager, Facilities, kreeves@slcl.org. The email subject line should be “Invitation for Bid - Flooring Replacement for Rock Road Branch.” To protect the integrity of the Bid selection process, any questions concerning this Invitation for Bid, the Bid process or Bid specifications shall be emailed only to Kelli Reeves at kreeves@slcl.org. The deadline for questions is 4:00pm C.T. Wednesday, August 20, 2025. Questions will be answered in an addendum posted on the Library-s website ( www.slcl.org/bid-opportunities). It is anticipated that the Bids will be considered by the Library District-s Board of Trustees at the September 29, 2025 meeting after consideration by the Selection Committee and recommendation to the Director & CEO.
