The USDA Forest Service is conducting a market survey to determine the interest and capability of contractors for a possible upcoming project. All costs associated with providing information in response to this market survey shall be the responsibility of the firm. Any information submitted is voluntary. The Contracting Officer will make an acquisition strategy determination based on the results of this market survey.
The location of the work will be USDA Forest Service-Apalachicola Work Center, 23288 NW County Road 12. Bristol, FL 32321 and the work will consist of:
Purchase order for Teledyne ISCO Model 6712 Stormwater samplers with Area Velocity Modules and Area Velocity sensors with a 10-foot measurement range and 25-foot cables and suction hoses to monitor and collect flow characteristics data in a headwater stream. The ISCO 6712 samplers can be used in a variety of settings and conditions ranging from open channel flow applications to pipe flow applications. The ISCO 6712 with the flow module is a complete flow monitoring and sampling system that has proven results in the remote and harsh conditions that are common with the units' deployments of instrumentation.
