The United States Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a requirement for the renewal of 25 FlowJo Software Licenses.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6 - Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Products, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. A copy of the combined synopsis/solicitation is attached.
This is an Open-Market, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) RFQ and is being solicited as BRAND NAME ONLY. This solicitation was prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the policies and procedures for solicitation, evaluation and award as prescribed in FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
