PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE
The Government proposes to issue a firm fixed price contract for a Fluid Cell Press Machine in accordance with Purchase Description VIBB 25-20-1000 Dated February 5, 2025 and QAP 175. Delivery shall be to Fleet Readiness Center Southeast NAS-JAX Building 101, (Highway 17 and Yorktown Boulevard) Jacksonville, Florida 32212-0016
THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE ONLY. Solicitation number SPE4A8-25-R-0006 will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is notice of the Government-s intent to issue the contract under the authority of FAR 15. The award shall be based on lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) evaluation criteria. The proposed performance period is 340 calendar days after receipt of order.
A copy of the solicitation will be available on the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. To obtain a copy of the solicitation, click on the Solicitations tab and enter solicitation number you wish to download in the DIBBS Global Solicitation Search box on the right side of the screen. Solicitations are in Portable Document Format (PDF). To download and view these documents you will need the latest version of Abode Acrobat reader. This software is available free at https://www.adobe.com.
All responsible sources may submit a quotation sufficient to determine capability which may be considered by the Agency. Quotes must be submitted no later than the closing date and time as listed. All respondents shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) website (https://www.sam.gov/portal/SAM/), and have a valid DUNS number, Cage Code, and Tax Identification Number. All quotes received after the closing date listed may be considered “late” and may not be considered for award. The estimated release date of the solicitation will be on or about April 17, 2025, and closing date of May 2, 2025.
