- The City of University City is accepting proposals from qualified firms and individuals to provide FMA GrantProject Management Services for a Flood Buyout FMA Grant project to be completed on municipality property.This project will be partially funded through a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) grant and issubject to requirements established by the Missouri State Emergency Management Agency (SEMA).
