• **The Solicitation has been amended to update the Statement of Work , add updated Wage Determination 2015-5231, Revision 31, dated 12-02-2025, add attached Schedule of items, and update to Quote Submission Instructions. See new Statement of Work, attached Wage Determination and attached Schedule of Items. ALL PREVIOUSLY RECEIVED QUOTES FROM THE ORIGINAL SOLICITATION WILL BE DISREGARDED. QUOTERS MUST RESUBMIT A NEW QUOTE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE AMENDED SOLICITATION DATED MARCH 30, 2026.
  This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Mortuary Services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
  The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Field Acquisition Office (FAO), intends to award an indefinite delivery/requirements type contract with firm-fixed unit pricing. The award will be based on price and past performance. The contract periods for the service will consist of a base year with four, 12-month option years, at the unilateral discretion of the Government.
  Solicitation number 15BFA025Q00000300-001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and IS set-aside for 100% Total Small Business concerns. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) code is 812210 with a small business size standard of $12.5 million.
