Dear Vendor:Enclosed is a solicitation package prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Medical Center, Rochester, Minnesota, Contracting Officer for the acquisition of freezer storage services. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation.In submitting the request for quote, vendors should consider all information provided herein.
