Acquiring improvements to the H-915A low frequency antenna (LFA) installation on the South Antenna Pole near Building 441 on Vandenberg SFB, CA. Building 441 houses the equipment used by the Frequency Management System (FMS) team to monitor radio frequencies on Vandenberg SFB in support of Government and commercial launches.
