The Government intends to award a firm-fixed-priced contract to Spartan Composites LLC under FAR 13.106-1(b) for FOD Mats at Ebbing Air National Guard Base. This procurement action is being conducted in accordance with FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i), Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.An extended description of the product being acquired is as follows:• 7'x12' HMWPE Trackout Control Mat• 10-Round Head Stakes per pack• 5450 6" FODS Screw• FODS Cleaning Shovel• Mat Moving Tool*This notice does not constitute a solicitation document.
