Description
The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Newport (NUWCDIVNPT) intends to award an Indefinite Quantity/Indefinite Delivery (ID/IQ) type contract with a Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF), Firm Fixed Price (FFP), and COST Only CLINs, to L3 Technologies, Inc. Chesapeake Sciences (LS CSC). This intended award will be on a Sole Source basis under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5) as implemented by FAR 6.302-5: Authorized or Required by Statute and authorized by 15 U.S.C. 638(r)(1). This requirement is for Towed Array Integrated Product Team (TAIPT) telemetry items and Compact Towed Array (CTA) telemetry items for fat and thin line towed SONAR arrays as well as engineering services to support those telemetry requirements on a Phase III Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) contract. L3 CSC owns, and has full rights and title to, the data that was developed under previous SBIR efforts.

This requirement is a follow-on to N66604-21-D-L000 with L3 Technologies, Inc. Chesapeake Sciences and it is anticipated that 40,300 man-hours will be required over the five-year Period of Performance. The NAICS code is 334515 and the size standard is 750 employees.

NUWCDIVNPT intends to purchase the following items:
