- Food and Beverage Services for Minnesota State Retirement Systems Building***THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Fax responses and non-electronic responses will NOT be accepted. All responses must be submitted on-line through the SWIFT Supplier Portal before the Event Due Date and Time. Late responses will not be accepted.PURPOSE: The purpose for this Solicitation (RFP) is to receive responses and award a to contract(s) with a Contractor(s) to supply Food and Beverage Services for Minnesota State Retirement Systems Building. Known as Contract release number F-565.CONTRACT VALUE: The estimated total dollar value of the contract is $45,000.00 to $70,000.00 for one year of services. However, this shall not be construed as either the minimum or maximum amount.
