The sole purpose of this notice is to identify potential System for Award Management (SAM) Database active registered businesses, capable of performing this work.
The U.S. Air Force Reserve Command, 911th Airlift Wing located at Coraopolis, PA is conducting market research seeking vendors capable of providing food for lunches in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for the time period of May 2025 - Dec 2025.
The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code proposed is 722320. The size standard for this NAICS is $9.0(size standards is million of dollars).
The base requires food one weekend a month, normally the first weekend. The primary Unit Training Assembly serves meals to roughly 700 people over a period of 2 days.
Service Contract Act Labor rates do NOT apply.
In your response, please provide a rough estimated price per person for a typical lunch meal as described in the SOW.
The awarded vendor shall be responsible to prepare the food and be within 15 road miles of 2375 Defense Ave Coraopolis, PA 15108. Government personnel will pick up the food.
No assumptions will be made regarding capabilities. Vendors must submit sufficient information to assist the Contracting Officer in deciding regarding capabilities. The Government will use this information in determining its small business set-aside decision.
