• Description:
• The United States Army, 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), has a recurring requirement for a commercial 2-Day Force Protection Driver Training Course. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, vehicles, and facilities necessary to conduct hands-on driver training focused on evasive and defensive driving techniques in potential high-threat environments.
  Please note: There is a strict geographic performance requirement that the contractor's training facility must be located within a sixty (60) minute one-way drive time of Fort Bragg, North Carolina.
  This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) under Solicitation Number H9242126QE026 to establish a single-award Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a commercial service, solicited in accordance with FAR Part 12. The Government intends to award a contract to the responsible quoter whose quote, conforming to the RFQ, is determined to represent the best value to the Government based on price and other factors. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside.
  IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR QUOTERS:
  All interested quoters must carefully pay attention to and strictly follow the instructions provided in the solicitation attachments, specifically:
  Attachment 02 - Instructions to Quoters: Details the exact 4-volume format, page limits, and administrative requirements for submitting a quote.
  
  Attachment 03 - Evaluation Factors for Award: Details how the Government will evaluate the Technical, Past Performance, and Price volumes to make a best-value tradeoff decision.
  Failure to follow the exact instructions outlined in the solicitation package may result in a quote being deemed non-responsive. All quotes must be submitted via email using the completed SF 1449 as the pricing volume.
