1. This solicitation is for Foot and Mouth Disease Virus (FMDV) Antibody Kits to detect antibodies against FMDV through Enzyme Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) detection for stockpiling. Price must include all costs including kits, storage fees, and shipping fees.2. This solicitation is issued as a small business set aside. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 325413, with a size standard of 1,250 employees.3. Evaluations will be conducted in accordance with 52.212-2 Evaluation—Commercial Products and Commercial Services. Quoter-s are responsible for ensuring completeness of quotations. The Government may evaluate solely on the information provided in the quotation. Quotations that include additional terms may be excluded from consideration. Alternate Pricing Schedules will not be considered. Please note that preference will be given to domestic sources.4.
