The FBI's Critical Incident Response Group requests information from vendors with Forensic Psychiatrist experience to assist FBI field divisions in pre-crisis planning and during a response to critical incidents and major investigations; to provide expertise in crisis management, negotiations, technical and tactical operations, behavioral assessments; and to present training programs in areas of expertise to FBI field offices, federal, state, local, and international partners.
