Description:
The City of Forest Park, Georgia is seeking sealed unit price bids from prospective contractors for the City-s “Forest Parkway (SR 331) Median Landscape” project. The work consists of furnishing and installing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and related services required for a complete project. This project includes but is not limited to providing the construction of and complete installation of multiple areas of landscapecomponents within the roadway medians on Forest Parkway (SR 331) within the City, work is to include all traffic control, demolition, clearing/trimming, surface grading, landscape installation and all other activities and appurtenances to provide a complete \"Forest Parkway (SR 331) Median Landscape” project in Forest Park, Georgia.The activity is proposed to be funded with local and SPLOST funds. This project will be permitted by the City of Forest Park and the Georgia Department of Transportation. The selected contractor must comply with local and state laws including but not limited to provisions covering construction contracts. Complete sets of the Contract Documents, Technical Specifications and the Contract Drawings may be obtained from the Issuing Office from the City-s preferred website: https://www.forestparkga.gov/finance/page/bids-rfps Bidders are solely responsible for maintaining a complete set of Contract Documents, Technical Specifications, Contract Drawings, and project Addenda or Modifications to assure that they possess all project changes and addendums prior to bidding.
