FEMA Region 1 intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order for new 24v IndustrialBattery, model 12-125-13 / 750AH forklift replacement battery based on Lowest PricedTechnically Acceptable (LPTA) which represents the best value to the Government. Evaluation of price will be based on the offeror'saggregate price for all supplies as required in the attached SOW. Please read attachment in its entirety. If you have any questions, please email me no later than August 7th 2025, by noon EST.

Instructions to Offerors1. To ensure timely evaluation of the proposal, the offeror must follow the instructionscontained herein. The quote must be complete, independent, and respond directly to therequirements of this solicitation.2. Offeror must have an active System for Award Management (SAM) registration by closingdate of the solicitation.3. The contracting officer has determined there is a good probability of adequate pricecompetition in this acquisition. Upon examination of the initial offers, the contracting officerwill review this determination and if the contracting officer-s determines adequate pricecompetition exists no additional information will be requested.4. The Government intends on awarding a firm fixed price purchase order as a result of thissolicitation.5. Set-Aside Requirement: This solicitation is a Small Business Set-Aside and only qualifiedSellers will be considered.6. The contractor shall return a proposal on company letterhead.
