Description:
Acquire all the labor, materials, equipment, tools and services in relation to the proposed repairs for the mitigation of the damage to the existing building and infrastructure caused by the passage of Hurricane Maria, as described in the scope of works (SOW) of the project identified by FEMA as PW: 545, DI: 302349. Repairs in interior areas include, without limiting to the acquisition and installation of floor terminations in vinyl, smoke detectors and output signs, and the removal and replacement of acoustic plates, doors and cabinetsof the fire suppression system, as well as the cleaning and sealing of windows and the removal and replacement of electrical receptacles, interior luminaires and components of the air conditioning system (cooling units (chillers), pipelines, cooling towers pipe, etc.). LThe outdoor repairs include, without being limited to the removal and replacement of gates, exterior luminaires in building and posts in the parking area, general paint, waterproofing of ceilings, and the provision and installation of a photovoltaic system (modules, investors, panels theEctric and other components), as well as other improvements required by the codes, standards and regulations in force to safeguard the life and security of tenants and visitors; all in accordance with the provisions of the auction sheet and in the remaining complementary documents that form...
