Description:
Purpose: Acquire labor, materials, equipment, tools and services required in relation to the proposed repairs for the mitigation of the damage to the existing building and infrastructure caused by the passage of Hurricane Maria, as well as additional work items, all as described in the scope of the project. Work scope: the general repairs proposed for the Deputy Government Center include, without limiting themselves to the following work items: Architecture: Removal, disposition and replacement of: (1) Metal doors for electric rooms, bathrooms and covachas, (2) Wall in metal located on the second floor, and (3) Prays in metal located throughout the perimeter of the building of the building. These works also include the provision and installation of bathroom divisions and terminations for slabs, as well as the application of paint products (with the previous preparation of the surfaces) on walls, columns, beams, ceiling, doors, handrails, railings, louvers, gates and other components where it is required, both in interior areas (common areas) and outdoors; All as detailed in the contract documents ...
