Description:
Purpose: Acquire all the workforce, materials, equipment, tools and services required to satisfactorily complete all the work items specified in the auction sheet in relation to the proposed works. Working work: the works corresponding to this Project include, without limiting themselves to the removal, hauling and appropriate disposition (in authorized landfills) of the entire existing roof waterproofing system in the Arecibo Government Center, installed in a total surface area of approximately 47,120 square feet; in accordance with the provisions of the technical specifications provided and in the remaining complementary documents that are part of the contract. It requires that all the works included in the scope of this project be carried out by a company accredited and certified by the Environmental Quality Board (JCA) and by the Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to execute the removal and mitigation of materials regulated, in compliance with all standards, codes, laws and environmental, state and federal regulations, more recent and applicable to said jobs.
