Description:
PURPOSE: Acquire all labor, materials, equipment, tools and services required in relation to general painting work and other items requested to mitigate damage to existing buildings and infrastructure caused by Hurricane Maria, as well as additional items of work identified as general improvements to the project title, all as described in the project scope. SCOPE OF WORK: The proposed works for the Arecibo Government Center include, but are not limited to, the following items:Architecture: (1) General exterior painting, which includes the removal and replacement of bird protection mesh, the repair of detached or affected fogging, and the sealing and preparation of exterior surfaces prior to the application of the proposed paint product; (2) Provision and installation of aluminum ceiling panels; (3) Removal, disposal and replacement of damaged acrylic window panels and, (4) Provision and installation of metal stairs to access the roofs of both buildings; everything as detailed in the contract documents.Civil/Site Improvements (Site): Repair of seats...
