Each sealedbid needs to be marked on the outside of the envelope “Former Carmelite Monastery Building Abatement &Demolition Project”. This project is subject to prevailing wage rates. Minority and women owned businessesare encouraged to submit bids.Former Carmelite Monastery Building Abatement & Demolition Project work encompassed under thisContract shall include, but not limited to, filing for applicable State and Local permits, asbestos abatement,utility shutoff/capping, building demolition, coordination with the Town of Barrington, erosion control, andproviding all materials, labor, tools and incidentals necessary to complete the work of this contract to thesatisfaction of the Owner.The Bidder must agree to commence work and fully complete the work of this Contract on the dates specified inthe contract documents.
