Description : New York City Economic Development Corporation (“NYCEDC”) on behalf of the City of New York (the “City”) is pleased to release a request for proposals (“RFP”) seeking proposals from qualified parties for the long-term lease or sale and development of all or part of an approximately 80-acre site located along 20th Avenue in College Point Queens (the “Site”). Under current zoning there is an as-of-right industrial and manufacturing use of the Site with a maximum Floor Area Ratio (FAR) of 2.0.
