SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS
Grounds Maintenance

This is a Sources Sought Notice ONLY.

The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Benning is issuing this sources sought synopsis as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support the requirement for Grounds Maintenance. The intention is to procure these services on a competitive basis. A firm fixed-priced contract is anticipated and will have a 12-month base period, and four 12-month option periods.

REQUIREMENT: This is a non-personal services contract to provide Grounds Maintenance Services. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services herein. Such contract service providers shall be accountable solely to the Contractor who, in turn is responsible to the Government. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform grounds maintenance at Fort Benning, Georgia as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS), section three (3.0) except for those items specified as Government-furnished property and services. The Contractor shall perform to the standards of this PWS.
