THIS IS THE PRE-SOLICITAITON NOTICE. A SOLICITAITON IS ANTICIPATEDTO BE RELEASED ON OR ABOUT 1 AUG 2025.
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Leonard Wood, MO intends to issue a solicitation for roofing services that will include, but not be limited to, providing and replacing roof surfaces and other miscellaneous items in accordance with (IAW) the attached Task List in Technical Exhibit A and specifications.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 238160, Roofing Contractors with a small business size standard not to exceed $19 million. The applicable Product Service Code (PSC) is Z1AZ, Maintenance of other administrative facilities and service buildings. The place of contract performance is Ft. Leonard Wood, MO and LORA.
This contract action is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.
The resulting contract will be a single-award, firm- fixed price Indefinitely Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a one (1) year base ordering period and four (4) optional ordering periods of one (1) year each.
