Provide eight (8) 20' foot or larger, standard size, (8ft. wide and 13ft tall) Refrigerated/Reefer Trucks (Diesel or Unleaded) with liftgates (not required) to Fort Riley, Kansas. Fuel must be full on delivery.
The price of the service will include:
- All necessary services to sustain utilization throughout the duration of the contract- Equipment repairs and replacements- All necessary repair calls and all necessary repair or replacement parts- Delivery and pick up of theleased vehicles- Permits/Tolls- Per Diem- A familiarization block of instruction conducted on Fort Riley at vehicle drop off site.
The expected daily milage usage for the trucks will be estimated at 60 miles each.
Insurance on trucks is required. Once the trucks are delivered into Army control, they are subject to the Army's self-insurance. Damage outside normal daily (wear and tear) operations will be assessed at the time of occurrence and claims can be submitted. - Documents :
