Fort Scott National Cemetery Furniture Brand Name or Equal -- 7110This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice with the intent of synopsizing a proposed contract action prior to issuance of the solicitation.Specific instructions on submitting your offer will be contained in the solicitation documents to be issued on or about May 5, 2025. The solicitation will be posted on SAM.gov website. No documents will be available until the solicitation is issued.This is a Brand Name or Equal Furniture request for items identified in the Fort Scott Statement of Need (SON). The contractor must be able to provide all items or provide an equal item. The contractor must deliver and install items in accordance with the SON.The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this project is 337211 - Wood Office Furniture Manufacturing and the Small Business Size Standard is 1,000 employees. This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The National Cemetery Administration will award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to the vendor that can meet all the requirements in the Statement of Need..The solicitation and any amendments to the solicitation will be available only through Contract Opportunities at www.SAM.gov. All quotes, and other documents required for the quote submittal, including amendments to the request for quotes, shall be submitted electronically. All dates in this announcement are estimated and are subject to change. No other information will be available before the solicitation is posted.
