This Request for Quotations (RFQ) is issued to solicit and award a firm fixed price (FFP) Stand-alone construction purchase order conducted as a construction solicitation utilizing FAR Part 36 in combination with FAR Part 13 for actions under Simplified Acquisition Threshold (SAT).
Contractor to furnish all labor, materials, and install new HVAC system in Bldg. 144 (Student Services) computer server room. The US Forest Service WO-PPS Job Corps Support Branch has requirement to replace the HVAC in the Server room at Ft. Simcoe Job Corps Centers in the state of Washington.
This requirement is a Small Business set-aside. There is no Site Visit for this requirement. Bid guarantee is not required. Performance and Payment Bonds are not required.
