This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial supplies prepared in accordance withthe format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with FARPart 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and additional information included in this notice.
This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a writtensolicitation will not be issued.
This is a Request for Quotes under FAR Part 13 for the establishmentof a firm fixed price contract to obtain services to conduct a performance test of the Oil SpillPrevention System (OSPS) at Foster Dam in Oregon, USA in support of US Army Corps ofEngineers (CE), Portland District (NWP), Willamette Valley Project (WVP).
The solicitation document-s incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throughFederal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 Effective date 06/11/2025.
