The Indian Health Service, Shiprock Service Unit, Four Corners Regional Healthcare Center located in HCR 6100 US Hwy 160 & Route 35 Teec Nos Pos, AZ, 86514 has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to replace the Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) Program Logic Control (PLC) system. The period of performance will be 90 days from the Date of Award. The North American Industry Classification System or NAICS code is 335313 - Switchgear and Switchboard Apparatus Manufacturing with a small business size standard of 1,250 employees.
The Request for Quotations No. 75H71025Q00068 using the principles of FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items in conjunction with FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures will be issued on or by 1/29/2025.
