Description
This pre-solicitation notice serves as a synopsis and is posted in accordance with FAR subpart 5.2, Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. This is not a solicitation. Vendors shall not submit a quote until the solicitation is posted to www.SAM.gov.
The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements:
DoDEA requires digital instructional resources for students and teachers, virtual professional learning, and related support for four English Language Arts (ELA) electives: AP® Literature & Composition, English 10 AP® Seminar, Journalism, and Speech. DoDEA anticipates awarding a single contract to fulfill this requirement.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513130 (Book Publishers), and the applicable PSC is 7610 (Books and Pamphlets). Interested parties must be registered under the NAICS code in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submitting their quotes.
DoDEA intends to issue solicitation No. HE125425QE032 in support of this requirement. This requirement will be procured using FAR Parts 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial and Services, and Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This requirement will be competed as Full and Open Competition.
The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. DoDEA expects to make one award for a 5-year base period.
The anticipated posting date of the solicitation is on or about 03/17/2025 and an award date on or about 05/16/2025.
