Once funds are available, bid guarantee will be required before award. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date for receipt of proposals. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any cost.The purpose of this solicitation is to notify prospective contractors on the performance of construction services for project FP1018502, Replace Ceiling Liner F992. Work includes replacing the 1st floor burn room ceiling, wall liner, and insulation at Facility 992, the Burn House used for Fire Department training. Refer to the SOW for further details. The facility must stay operational in compliance with National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) standards.
