This cover letter is intended to provide general?informationregarding the submission of your quote.All potential offerors are advised that this solicitation requires offerors to be registered in the?System for AwardManagement (SAM). Please include your SAM.gov Unique Entity ID?with your offer.Evaluation Procedures: Quotations will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria set forth in this solicitation.Quoters are advised that award may be made without discussions; therefore, the initial quote should provide thegovernment with sufficient information to recommend an?award without discussions and should reflect the quoter-s ability toperform at a reasonable price.Evaluation and Award Methodology: This acquisition will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 12 -?Acquisition ofCommercial Items and Part 13 -?Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government intends to evaluate offers and awarda contract without discussions with offerors.
