Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award75H709-FP25Q-003The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to Nemont Telephone Cooperative. The company shall provide local and long distance wired telecommunication services at the Fort Peck Service Unit Poplar, White Buffalo and Chief Redstone clinic locations. Nemont has the infrastructure in place, and is the only source of the services in the area.This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 5 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government.
