Expression of Interest for a Succeeding Lease
The VA currently leases 5,333 net usable square feet (NUSF) of space at 1627 A. Roy Drive Washington, MO 63090, known as the Franklin County VA Clinic Lease, which expires on 4/30/2027. The VA has a continuing need to remain in the same location and continue occupancy in accordance with (IAW) the authority outlined in GSAR 570.404 Succeeding Leases.
