Bid Synopsis:The purpose of this Request for Bid (RFB) document is to provide interested parties with information to enable them to prepare and submit a bid for Fraud Audit Support contracted staff for the Department of Children and Families (DCF), Division of Early Care and Education (DECE), Bureau of Child Care Subsidy Administration (BCCSA), program integrity sections. DECE licenses and regulates quality child care in the State of Wisconsin and assists qualifying families by providing subsidy to eligible families to assist with child care costs through the Wisconsin Shares Program and (BCCSA) monitors and investigates possible fraud in the Wisconsin Shares Child Care subsidy program. The work conducted by BCCSA-s Program Integrity Sections is essential to ensuring that the Wisconsin Shares program is utilized as it's intended by its clients, both families utilizing the Wisconsin Shares Program and the child care providers who accept subsidy payments from these families. Fraud Audit Support contractors play a critical role in the audit process by performing administrative duties that assist the lead auditors and investigators in determining fraud.
