USAMMDA, WPAC PMO has a critical requirement for Freeze Dried Plasma (FDP) available under a Food and Drug Administration (FDA) authorized Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) with Octapharma USA Inc, 117 W Century Rd, Paramus, New Jersey 07652. The purpose of this contract is to supply the Department of Defense (DoD) with OctaplasLG Powder (blood group types A and AB) for U.S. military forces for the treatment of hemorrhage or coagulopathy during an emergency involving agents of military combat (e.g., firearms, projectiles, and explosive devices) when plasma is not available for use or when the use of plasma is not practical, pursuant to section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (the Act) (21 U.S.C. - 360bbb-3). - Documents:
