Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) Division of Care and Treatment Services (DCTS) is seeking bids for the purchase and delivery of commercial fresh bakery products for the seven (7) DHS facilities: 1. Winnebago Mental Health Institute (WMHI) (Northeastern Region) 2. Wisconsin Resource Center (WRC) (Northeastern Region) 3. Southern Wisconsin Center (SWC) (Southeastern Region) 4. Central Wisconsin Center (CWC) (Southern Region) 5. Mendota Mental Health Institute (MMHI) (Southern Region) 6. Sand Ridge Secure Treatment Center (SRSTC) (Southern Region) 7. Northern Wisconsin Center (NWC) (Western Region) Bid prices must include all costs for furnishing and delivering the products included in the bid in accordance with the terms of this bid. The Department of Health Services does not guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract. Bids that require a minimum number of commodities or services be ordered will be disqualified.
