This is a re-publishment of Notice ID PANNGB25P0000006597. This posting is to correct errors being generated by ACWS and FPDS-NG.

The Montana Army National Guard intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed-Price contract to Frontier Conference (0Q9N0). In accordance with FAR Part 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source is deemed reasonably available.The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the Montana Army National Guard anticipates issuing a contract to Frontier Conference for advertising and access to college athletes and college activities.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes/proposals thus no solicitation will be posted. However, any party that believes it can meet this requirement as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to perform/deliver the requirement. Included must be sufficient technical detail/information that a reasonable determination can be made that the offered item/service would qualify given the provided information. Capability statements must be received by the response date and time of this notice. Submissions will be reviewed to determine if they can meet the requirement. A determination by the Government to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Sole Source justification posted providing technical and compatibility details for the requirement.
