THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED UNTIL THE REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ) IS POSTED.
The Air Force intends to solicit the following supply Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the brand name Frozen Prepreg Hexcel Materials.
The requested item descriptions/specifications are outlined below:

Estimated yearly quantity: 2000 yards.Item Number 6: Dry Ice & Monitoring
All material to be shipped frozen below 0 degrees Fahrenheit with dry ice and 2 temperature logging monitor devices per box.Contractor shall provide a Certificate of Analysis supplied to BMS8-79/Rev AE line item for every batch or LBO130-134 line item for every batch and provide report for every shipment.
All shipments must include product shelf life, date of shipment & date of manufacture information. All products shall have 85% shelf-life remaining upon arrival at Tinker AFB. Lesser Shelf life can only be approved upon request.
A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated.
Estimated Period of Performance: Five (5) year ordering period.
This is a small business set-aside.
