Description:
The purpose of this solicitation is to select a respondent that can satisfy the State-s need to provide a fully functional learning management system (LMS) to meet State and Federal requirements by administering numerous agency specific training courses for the Family and Social Services Administration (FSSA) Privacy & Security Office (PSO) and the Division of Family Services (DFR). Review the deliverables in the attached draft scope of work, which include: 1. LMS User Access and LMS User Accounts 2. LMS User Notifications 3. Training Content 4. Tracking and Reporting 5. Course Management 6. Scheduling and Rollout Functions 7. Assessments 8. Technical Support 9. Compliance with IOT: Term: 3-year contract beginning on 1/1/2026: Fiscal Year 2026, 1/1/2026 - 6/30/2026, 6 months Fiscal Year 2027, 7/1/2026 - 6/30/2027, 12 months Fiscal Year 2028, 7/1/2027 - 6/30/2028, 12 months Fiscal Year 2029, 7/1/2028 - 12/31/2028, 6 months Responses must include the signed solicitation package and should be sent to jonathan.huth2@fssa.in.gov.
