    A market survey is being conducted to determine if there are a reasonable number of interested small business concerns to set this future project aside for them.     Project Description:
    Construct an installation-level microgrid (Design/ Bid/ Build) at Fort Buchanan consisting of twelve (12) continuous duty 570 KW diesel generators with 480V output. Each generator output will be stepped up to 13.2KV via step-up transformers, to include a BESS of approximately 2.5MWh/4MW. There will be nine (9) 12,000-gallon above-ground, ballistic-resistant, diesel fuel tanks with a fuel polishing system to sustain critical operations continuously for 14 days. In addition, the project will install a microgrid control system, paralleling system, transformers, circuit breakers, protective relaying, and fiber optic communication connections throughout Ft Buchanan. The microgrid will include integration of existing large-scale onsite generation (4.65 MW from solar photovoltaic (PV) array and two 275 kW wind turbines). The project scope includes all necessary site work, start-up commissioning, interconnection agreement completion, security assessment & authorization, and all associated costs.
