Purpose of this amendment is to extend submission of quotes due date to 13 January 2025 @ 5:00 P.M. RFQ has been amended to reflect changes highlighted in Q&A for question 4.
The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center -Fort Liberty, NC has a requirement for Ft. Liberty to establish 4x Master Blanket Purchase Agreements for Lifecycle Field Support Services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
Ordering Period: 07 February 2025 through 06 February 2030BPA Master Dollar Limit: $6,500,000.00; BPA Call Dollar Limit: $250,000.000
Submission: Quotes are due via email no later than 10 A.M. Easter (Local Time) 12 January 2025. NO telephonic quotes will be accepted. All quotes must be submitted to bryan.h.harrison2.mil@army.mil AND SFC nayoung.chu2.mil@army.mil. Quotes MUST be good for 60 calendar days after submission.

Description of Services Authorized. The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform the requirements of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), with the exception of those items specifically cited as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards within this BPA. The quantity and location will be determined at the BPA Call level. This contract will provide portable latrines, portable hand washing stations, portable holding tanks, portable dumpsters, waste and grey water removal at various locations in and around Fort Liberty, NC. The Government shall not exercise any supervision or control over the BPA-s service providers performing the services herein.
