Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii). FA468625Q0015 is issued as an RFQ.
(iii). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
(iv). This will be solicited as a Set-Aside Status: 100% Small Business set-aside, with an associated NAICS code 424720 Petroleum and Petroleum Products Merchant Wholesalers (except Bulk Stations and Terminals) and Size standards in number of employees 200.
(v). A list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure is identified in Attachment 1 - FA468625Q0015 Prices/Costs. Offerors shall return completed as part of quote submission.
(vi). This Requirement is to procure Fuel for the execution of the 2025 2-day Air & Space Expo, as defined in the associated Statement of Work (SOW) for Beale AFB (BAFB), CA. The offeror shall deliver fuel to the 2025 Beale Airshow, assist aircraft in refueling, and remove unspent fuel at the conclusion of the period of performance. The government will only pay for actual fuel used. Unspent fuel will be removed at no cost to the government. The offeror shall provide all personnel, tools, materials, supervision and other items necessary for the services described in this Statement of Work (SOW). Deliver the fuel to Beale AFB flightline no earlier than 0900, and no later than 1600 on Thursday, June 5, 2025. The fuel truck and materials will remain on the flightline until depleted, the departure of the last off-station aircraft from Beale AFB, or 1700 on Monday, June 9, 2025, whichever occurs first.
