- This contract is for a successful bidder to provide fuel delivery and monitoring services for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District-s inventory of backup/emergency generators and other fuel storage tanks owned and operated by the Sewer District.The prices submitted in the bidding process will cover the requirements as stated for pricing on the Bid form. During Emergency Periods (as defined below), the awarded bidder will make commercially reasonable efforts to give the Sewer District priority for fuel distribution amongst contractor-s customers.This fuel delivery and monitoring service will help to ensure that the fuel levels for all tanks do not fall below 75% capacity during “Normal Periods or Demand Management” and will not drop below 50% during “Emergency Periods”.The duration of this contract shall be two years or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted.
