- The Embassy of the United States of America, Jerusalem, invites you to submit a request for proposal for Fuel Supply Services. This is FAR part 12 and part 15 acquisition.
All offerors must include a completed copy of FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -Commercial Products and Commercial Services with their offer. All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered.
The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-proposal conference, and all prospective offerors are invited to attend. The pre-proposal conference will take place on Thursday December 4th 2025, at 10:00 AM at the US Embassy in Jerusalem located at 10 Ha-Oman St., Jerusalem, Israel. If your company is interested in attending the conference, you are required to submit the names of the people who are going to attend the site visit along with their ID numbers and any questions, to Jerusalemprocurement@state.gov no later than Tuesday December 02nd, 2025 at 13:00 (Jerusalem local time).
