  PURCHASE DESCRIPTION FOR FULL DRESS HAT WITH POM POM
  1. SCOPE
  1.1 Scope - This purchase description covers the requirements for a full dress hat with pom pom.
  1.2 Classification - The hat shall be of one type in the following sizes (see 6.2.).
