Synopsis:
The General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service (PBS), has a need for Operations and Maintenance, Custodial, and other related services for six Federal Buildings located in Laredo, Texas. Under this contract, the contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, equipment and subcontracts necessary to provide all services described in this solicitation.
Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance. The facilities covered by this solicitation encompaseses approximately 13,050,108 aggregate square feet amount six buildings.
In Accordance with FAR 19.805-1 (a)(1)(2), this procurement shall be awarded on the basis of competition limited to eligible 8(a) firms. Joint ventures will be allowed as long as one member of the joint venture is an 8(a) firm.
At the time that an 8(a) firm submits its offer, it must represent to the Contracting Officer that it is an 8(a) firm under the North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) 561210 with the small buisiness size of $47M.
The solicitation number will be 47PH0225R0006. The procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 15 procedures. The period of performance is for a base of twelve (12) months with a four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about 06/01/2026. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price monthly payments for basic services.
The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on www.SAM.gov, no phone or fax requests for a copy of the solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. The Solicitation will be available for download on or about 10/01/2025.
