The Mission and Installation Contracting Command MICC-Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico has an lnvitation For Bids (IFB) No. W912C325BA002 for Full Renovation School House Classrooms Building 223 and 224 at Fort Buchanan, Puerto Rico. A Firm Fixed Price contract will be awarded for this requirement. The solicitation will be issued in July 2025.
The solicitation is issued as 100% Total Small Business set-aside. All responsible sources are invited to submit bids under the solicitation.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to requirement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. The size standard is $45.0 Million. The magnitude of the requirement is between $1,000,000.00 and $5,000,000.00. Hard copies of the IFB will not be available.
